I love walking the streets of cities and suburbs finding details of beauty in the places and spaces I’m observing. Walking the streets in Liverpool, UK, this open attic window caught my attention and invited reflection. This is a multi-plate Lino print where the details for each colour are sketched directly onto separate Lino tiles. These details are carved out using special tools, ink is then applied over the surface with rollers. Finally, paper is laid over the top and then pressure is applied using a Baron to create the final image.
